Emarati Solar (emaratisolar.com) is owned and operated by FORMOST SOLAR ENERGY EQUIPMENT SP LLC, a registered company in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We strive to provide professional and transparent service to all our customers across the UAE.
1. Return Window
We accept returns and exchange requests within 7 days of the delivery date. After 7 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the item has a manufacturer defect covered under warranty.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
- The item must not have been installed or altered in any way
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified
- Custom-ordered or specially configured products
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse by the customer
- Products with broken or missing serial number stickers
- Clearance or final-sale items
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Full refunds including any delivery charges will be issued to the original payment method for cancellations made before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
- If your return is rejected (e.g., item shows signs of use or damage), we will return the product to you and notify you by email
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
7. Warranty Claims
All solar products sold by Emarati Solar carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted directly through our customer support team. Warranty terms vary by product and brand. Please refer to the product documentation or contact us for specific warranty information.
- Warranty applies only within the United Arab Emirates
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or natural disasters
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon delivery, or if the wrong item was sent. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sales@emaratisolar.com.
10. Scope of Service
Our return, replacement, and warranty terms are only applicable within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer returns or technical support outside of the UAE. If a customer takes a product outside the country, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to return the item to our service centre in the UAE for any warranty or service claims.
