GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.  This Warranty covers the defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing, if such defects are revealed during the period of 12 months since the date of purchase.
2. The device is considered defective if it fails to perform the functions as indicated in the operation manuals, technical specifications or any other similar documents supplied with the equipment, and the failure is due to internal device characteristics.
3. The Warranty does not cover :

• Mechanical or electric damages resulting from incorrect installation, configuration, usage or other activities inconsistent with the operation manual or contradictory to technical specifications attached to the device.
• Damages caused by floods, rain, fires, lighting or other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events, inappropriate voltage, water damages, defective supply materials or other external factors.
• If indoor units used in outdoor will not cover warranty.
• For water damages.
• Removed warranty seals or serial number stickers which void our warranty.
• Damages due to the user’s fault or lack of knowledge
• Damage caused by normal wear of parts, scratches, surface rust or deterioration, improper use, improper storage, improper testing, negligent use of improper voltage or current, accidental damage, abnormal or unusual use, use of unauthorized accessories or modules, use contrary to the operating instructions, improper operating temperature/environment, or lack of regular maintenance.
•  Product repaired, dismantled, or altered by the customer or unauthorized technical personnel (Only the authorized supplier is permitted to repair, dismantle or open the products which are subjected to warranty).

• By confirming that you wish to purchase any item on Emaratisolar.com, you are confirming that you agree with our full user Terms & Conditions.
• We cannot guarantee that every item displayed on Emaratisolar.com is in stock and available for delivery. We will contact customers who have ordered products that are out of stock and customers will NOT be charged for these items.
• We make every effort to provide clear and accurate product details. Where the product is available in various colors or patterns, we cannot guarantee that your preferred color will be delivered unless the product color is stated in the product title. If the product does not match the stated description, photograph or reviews once receiving it, you can return it within 7 working days of receiving it, in an unused condition.
• Customers agree to the Sale terms, subject to the stated price for all selected items, and complete their order for their selected items by pressing the ‘confirm’ button at the end of the checkout process.
