Return and Cancellation

Emaratisolar.com believe in serving our customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation and return policy.

Please contact us on info@emaratisolar.com for everything related to return, cancellation and refund.

Cancellation Policy:

-Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.

-You will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery charges back to the payment solution used initially by you if cancelled prior to dispatch.

Return Policy:

We will accept item(s) for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Please fill out our “Return form” and send us pictures of the item.

-Products/Items should be UNUSED. Used products will not be replaced under any circumstances.

-Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

-It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

Return collection:

Unopened items within 7 days of delivery:

  • Total value less than AED 1000: AED 50 will be charged
  • Total value more than AED 1000: AED 50 Will be Charged

Return & replacement due to manufacturing defect:

We usually collect items within 24-48 hours from the date of your feedback. The delivery of replacement usually takes 2-3 working days from when we have received and evaluated the product. Note: Return and replacement applies to products which are delivered within UAE only. You can contact us to check on the terms if you are outside UAE.

Within 7 days of delivery:

  • Collection – Free of charge
  • Delivery of replacement – Free of charge

After 7 days of delivery:

  • Collection – AED 50
  • Delivery – AED 50

If outside UAE

  • Refund will be provided with online store credit less the shipping cost of returned item
  • Email us on info@emaratisolar.com to discuss on this

Not eligible for return:

  • If item or original packaging has been damaged.
  • If item has been returned after 7 days.
  • If item belongs to the list of non-returnable items.
  • Defective products which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Anything missing from the package you has received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  • Fragile items, hygiene related items.

Refund Policy:

The refund will be processed after receipt of the product. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order or as a store credit. Store credit can be used for future purchases and will be valid for 6 months.

-Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 15 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
