2. Do you ship internationally?

1. How do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free shipping for deliveries within the UAE for orders equal to or above 1000 AED.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 2 -3 working days or based on material availability. Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email, and another email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order along with the tracking number.

6. Can I edit or cancel an order once it has been placed?

Yes, you can cancel the order following the terms and conditions

7. How do I track my shipment?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email, you should have received.

8. How do I return an item?

Emaratisolar.com believes in serving our customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation and return policy. Please contact us at info@emaratisolar.com  for everything related to return, cancellation and refund.

9. What is your return and exchange policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help!

We will accept item(s) for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Please fill out our “Return Form” and send us pictures of the item.

  • Products/Items should be UNUSED. Used products will not be replaced under any circumstances.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.
