How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 2 -3 working days or based on material availability. Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email, and another email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order along with the tracking number.What is your return and exchange policy?
If you're looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help!We will accept item(s) for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. Please fill out our “Return Form” and send us pictures of the item.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED. Used products will not be replaced under any circumstances.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.
