Shipping & Delivery Policy

Emarati Solar is operated by FORMOST SOLAR ENERGY EQUIPMENT SP LLC, a registered company in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery procedures for all orders placed on emaratisolar.com.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. We currently ship within the UAE only.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Orders under AED 1,000: Flat shipping fee of AED 50.00
  • Orders AED 1,000 and above: Free shipping
  • Bulky or heavy items (pallets, large inverters, battery systems): Freight charges may apply and will be communicated at checkout or by our team.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard items: 2–3 working days from order confirmation
  • Out-of-stock / pre-order items: Delivery timeline will be confirmed by our team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours
  • Multiple-location deliveries: Available on request; please contact us for a quote
  • Same-day delivery: May be available in Abu Dhabi for select products; contact us to check availability

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GST). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation via email, and our team may contact you to confirm delivery details.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Force Majeure

Emarati Solar is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, customs clearance delays, or carrier disruptions. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
