Effective 13th October 2025, the ownership and management of Emaratisolar.com have been transferred to FORMOST SOLAR ENERGY EQUIPMENT SP LLC, a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
All sales, invoices, and transactions made on or after 13th October 2025 are issued under FORMOST SOLAR ENERGY EQUIPMENT SP LLC.
All invoices and transactions before this date remain under FSOLAR LLC, the previous registered company in Sharjah, UAE.

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This Warranty covers the defects resulting from defective parts, materials or manufacturing, if such defects are
revealed during the period of 12 months since the date of purchase.
- The device is considered defective if it fails to perform the functions as indicated in the operation manuals, technical specifications or any other similar documents supplied with the equipment, and the failure is due to internal device characteristics.
- The Warranty does not cover :
- Mechanical or electric damages resulting from incorrect installation, configuration, usage or other activities
inconsistent with the operation manual or contradictory to technical specifications attached to the device.
- Damages caused by floods, rain, fires, lighting or other natural disasters, wars, unexpected events,
inappropriate voltage, water damages, defective supply materials or other external factors.
- If indoor units used in outdoor will not cover warranty.
- For water damages.
- Removed warranty seals or serial number stickers which void our warranty.
- Damages due to the user’s fault or lack of knowledge
- Damage caused by normal wear of parts, scratches, surface rust or deterioration, improper use, improper storage, improper testing, negligent use of improper voltage or current, accidental damage, abnormal or unusual use, use of unauthorized accessories or modules, use contrary to the operating instructions, improper operating temperature/environment, or lack of regular maintenance.
- Product repaired, dismantled, or altered by the customer or unauthorized technical personnel (Only the authorized supplier is permitted to repair, dismantle or open the products which are subjected to warranty).
