Return and Cancellation

Emarati Solar (www.emaratisolar.com) is owned and operated by FORMOST SOLAR ENERGY EQUIPMENT SP LLC, Abu Dhabi, UAE. We strive to provide professional and transparent ecommerce service across the United Arab Emirates.

  1. Scope of Service

  • UAE Exclusive: Our return, replacement, and warranty terms are only applicable within the United Arab Emirates.
  • International Responsibility: We do not offer shipping, returns, or technical support outside of the UAE. If a customer chooses to take a product out of the country, it is the customer’s sole responsibility to return the item to our service center in the UAE for any claims or services.
  1. Cancellation Policy

  • Window: Cancellations are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Refunds: Full refunds (including delivery charges) will be issued to the original payment method if the order is cancelled prior to dispatch.
  1. Return & Exchange Policy (Within 7 Days)

We accept items for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be UNUSED, in original packaging, with all tags, labels, and invoices.
  • Process: Customers must complete our “Return Form” and provide photos of the item.
  • Exclusions: Used products, items with tampered serial numbers, or missing accessories are not eligible for return.
  • Unopened: Items must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
  1. Service & Transportation Fees

To maintain fair pricing, the following logistics fees apply to all returns and replacements (unless otherwise specified for manufacturing defects within the first 7 days):

Note: You can avoid all transportation costs by bringing your items directly to the FORMOST Service Center in Musaffah and picking them up once the service/exchange is complete.

  1. Manufacturing Defects

  • Within 7 Days of Delivery: Collection and redelivery of replacements are Free of Charge.
  • After 7 Days of Delivery: Standard fees apply (AED 50 per product for pickup and AED 50 per product for redelivery).
  • We currently deliver orders across all Emirates within the UAE through our logistics partners. Delivery timelines and charges are shown at checkout before payment confirmation.
  1. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only after the product is received and inspected.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be credited back to the original card within 15 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be returned to your provided bank account within 7 days.
  • Bank Transfer: Refunds will be transferred back to the same bank account within 7 days.
